Our evening with Chef Alex was absolutely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience! We celebrated a family birthday with a 3 course dinner for 4. It was very special family time because we didn’t have to attend to any kitchen needs! We just got to enjoy each other and have fun!! Having said that, the food was outstanding! Our entree was a phenomenal filet cooked to perfection. It was topped with blistered tomatoes & Gorgonzola cheese on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus as well. Highly recommend her for her professionalism, communication, and most definitely her talent! Thank you Chef for helping us make a lasting memory!
